with this type of physique he doesn't need weighted dips...but if they're fun and enjoyable for him that's ok. but most men with his frame could only do calithenics and look much more athletic and muscular than him. I've never done weighted dips and my triceps are way more defined than his. looks like the type of dude who would just do something difficult in the gym that he's good at and neglect most everything else.
